Singapore Laksa Noodle Soup

Southeast Asia food series is the most delicious cuisine series for me so far. I really enjoy the rich taste, varies herbs and all in one dish style. I call it “all in one” because many dishes like pad Thai, noodles includes vegetable, meat, egg and seafood in one dish that seldom to be seen in another types of food. The ingredients and process for making southeast Asia dishes are more complex than Korean and Japanese food, BUT almost zero failure. I love every dishes I made in this series. Some dishes even gave me a huge surprise! Amazing taste and very yummy!
