Another easy cooking way of cherry tomatoes is here! It’s a vegetarian’s friendly dish and good for all kinds of your meals as appetizer. The taste is not that kind of extremely yummy, but it’s refreshing.
Recipe:
- 12 oz pints of cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp Kyoko’s all-purpose dashi soy sauce concentrate
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 shiso leaves, cut into shreds
- 8 basil leaves, cut into shreds
- Freshly ground pepper
